Dr. Leslie Marcum

Dr. Leslie Marcum uses a collaborative approach to patient care based on the goals and desires of the individual patients she serves.

A native of Portland, Oregon, Dr. Marcum attended the University of Puget Sound, graduating in 2000. Soon after, she decided she wanted to become a physician to be able to heal people through complementary and alternative medicine. A passion for educating patients on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle in order to prevent chronic disease drove her to pursue a degree from the National College of Naturopathic Medicine, the highly-selective and oldest accredited naturopathic medical college in North America. Dr. Marcum graduated in 2004 and relocated to Phoenix.

Developing an interest in dermatology, Dr. Marcum began learning how to utilize the most technologically advanced tools of the trade to offer patients the best in aesthetic and dermatological care. She is a certified Cutera Laser System trainer as well as a clinical application specialist with Lumenis Laser. Dr. Marcum’s specialty is fractional CO2 laser resurfacing.

In addition to laser systems, Dr. Marcum has considerable experience with injections.  She is highly skilled with BOTOX® Cosmetic, Juvéderm™, and Radiesse®. Dr. Marcum is also trained and proficient in SmartLipo™ procedures.

Besides in depth knowledge and practice in these aesthetic procedures, Dr. Marcum also possesses a strong background in minor surgery, primary care, and nutrition.

While believing that each patient is diverse in their skin care needs, Dr. Marcum prides herself in treating patients using individualized treatment plans for their optimal results. Dr. Marcum feels the best way to treat is through education and awareness. Her energetic, compassionate, and professional nature helped Dr. Marcum to become a successful physician and health coach, helping many patients achieve optimal results.

Dr. Marcum resides in Phoenix and spends her time outside the clinic training other physicians in aesthetic medicine.
