Dr. Nicholas J. Soldo
For more than a decade, Nicholas Soldo has been practicing non-invasive cosmetic medicine and has been recognized as a leader in the industry. Joining forces with Adam and Eve Medical Aesthetics and Regency Medical Aesthetics, Dr. Soldo brings his significant experience in rosacea, rejuvenation with CO2 lasers, as well as injectables such as Botox and fillers.
Dr. Soldo attended college in West Virginia at Bethany College, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree. He then attended medical school at Ohio State University and earned his doctorate in medicine, and completed an internship before going into private practice. Pursuing his interest in anesthesiology, Dr. Soldo left Ohio to complete an anesthesia residency at University of California Los Angeles, becoming certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology.
After work with the U.S. Air Force in Texas and teaching anesthesia to nursing students in Ohio, Dr. Soldo settled in Arizona and opened an anesthesia and phlebology/skin care practice in Phoenix. He has practiced medicine in the Valley for the past 35 years, the last 12 years committed to cosmetic medicine. Dr. Soldo recently merged his practice with the Sonder Corporation and will be seeing patients primarily at the Adam & Eve office in North Scottsdale.
In 1989, Dr. Soldo received a governor’s appointment for a five-year term to the Arizona Board of Medical Examiners, the last three years of which he served as chairman.
In addition to his practice, Dr. Soldo has trained with dermatologists, plastic surgeons and vascular surgeons. He has become proficient in sclerotherapy, injectable fillers, Botox and is recognized as an expert in the use of lasers. In 1999, he was the first person trained in the Photofacial procedure and has personally performed more than any other physician.
He has participated in numerous preceptorships with the recognized leaders in each of the procedures he now performs. Dr. Soldo has come to be known as an expert in rosacea and has patients from throughout the U.S. and across the globe who seek his services.
Presently Dr. Soldo also has the distinction of being a consultant and trainer for the Lumenis Corporation, the largest laser company in the world. He has trained physicians from around the country in the use of IPL lasers for photofacials and also in the use of Active and Deep FX, a fractionated CO2 for facial rejuvenation.
Dr. Soldo resides in North Scottsdale with his wife Phyllis and their two Yorkies. When not practicing, he enjoys golf and photography.
